Our story
A Family Business, Still Answering the Phone
For more than 30 years, Sure-Temp Heating & Cooling has kept homes and businesses comfortable in Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Amherst and across Western New York. It is a true family business. Dominick owns and runs the company today, and his father John, who has since retired, helped build the reputation it still runs on.
We have never relied on flashy advertising. Most of our customers find us through a friend or neighbor, and many have called us for years for their air conditioner, furnace and hot water tank. Those long-term relationships are the thing we are proudest of.
We live and work in the same towns we serve, so we know what a muggy July and a below-zero January feel like. That is why we focus on high efficiency equipment from brands like Heil, Amana, Goodman, Daikin and Navien that keeps you comfortable and keeps your utility bills low.
